Care guide
Wool is tougher than it looks. A little care keeps your mittens soft and in shape.
Washing
- Wash by hand in lukewarm water (up to 30 °C) with a wool detergent.
- Press the water out gently. Never wring or twist.
- Kids pairs (superwash wool) can go in a wool cycle at 30 °C.
Drying
- Roll in a clean towel, then reshape and dry flat.
- Keep away from radiators and direct sun.
Storing
- Store clean and dry in a cotton bag over summer.
- Cedar blocks help to keep moths away.
Pilling and holes
Small pills are normal in the first weeks. Remove them with scissors or a fabric comb. If a stitch comes loose, do not pull it, and send the pair to us for a free repair.
